fixed: can't open 'Do A Bug Report Snapshot'

first bootup took about half an hour, I tried to get a snapshot, the bug reporting window doesn't pop open.

the slow startup was during the 'loading samples' part of the bootup. the default set was some audio drum loops sliced out to a few tracks.

*EDIT - reboot fixed it all.
eventually I assigned a midi pedal to the looper, that made the midi to my SL25 (w/pedal) and BCR drop, had to reboot.
