[4889] Long periods of silence after interacting with Analog

This is a problem/bug that I have a hard time tracking/pinning down, at times I believe I've also had it with the Operator synth. This is on my Mac (see specs in the sig).
Here it goes.
1. I open up a completely (factory standard) Live template ( Command + N)
2. Insert a Analog synth into the MIDI track
3. Start playing notes on the keyboard and fiddle with the knobs (via mouse).
4. At (seemingly) random times the notes played are not heard. I see that MIDI is received (from the "VU-meters" on the midi side of the chain moving) - At the moment I got this happening while I turned on the second oscillator AND I changed it to Square.
The time the sound is stopped alters, at this point it took around 6 seconds for it to reappear.
I tried changing active part of the window (via clicking with the mouse on different parts of the window) but that didn't help.
If you have any questions that you want me to try or if I am not clear enough, go ahead and ask.
