Can you elaborate? What exactly are you doing to get the crash? Is it reproducible?

Freeze a synth track( i tested with Reaktor 5, Mini Moog V)
and drag and drop it to audio track
and it crashes!
Win XP SP3
Motu 828mk2
digi 002 mixer
3gig ram

I tried copying a synth (MIDI) track to an audio track, but it won't let me. I can copy a clip I recorded on the MIDI track to a clip slot in an audio track, but there is no problem when I do that.

you can move midi track to audio track when midi track has been freezed?

Yes you can, drag and drop. Haven't tried it in 8 yet.
