Hi
Just wondering if i rewire live into Cubase sx 3 for a live performance gig.Will this give me a better audio quality(not triggering a cubase vs live audio quality debate)
I know it would require a higher cpu but thats a trade off im willing to take for quality

I have noticed that live sometimes live doesnt sound as good when compared to a Cd player

No it won't. Even if there was a difference in quality between the audio engines you still wouldn't hear it on a dj set, as in the noise level is beneath that of the quietest bits of the tracks.
If you want your set to sound better don't clip the master fader and run some kind of a limiter just in case.
