[4613] Crossfade Waveform Drawing Problems
Posted: Mon Feb 02, 2009 7:52 pm
I am getting some pretty odd looking waveforms when I try to execute crossfades on my G5 Dual 1.8Ghz desktop running 10.4.11 and Live 8 b5
I don't have a good space to host a snapshot (and apparently cannot attach images to postings here) so I will simply describe them (though a snapshot really tells more!)
When drawing the crossfade on a stereo file (two waveforms above/below each other, of course) the lower waveform curves up and crosses over the upper waveform, following the curve of the red Crossfade indicator line. It's a very odd image, with that right side waveform bending slowly up until it crosses the left side waveform.....clearly a bad redraw.
I have sent in a "crash report" with the session to the Beta email.
Are others seeing this strange behavior?
