[4959] Using arrow keys to increment Zoom Display stops

When trying to increment by 1% using the up and down arrow keys, the zoom display will stop while trying to increase past these percentages:

I cannot type in the number directly above these, either. For example, cannot type in 53, 79, 108, etc.
Yeah, I know, a stupid issue. Hopefully the zoom display will get moved onto the main GUI anyways and have assignable controls.
