I'm not sure if this has been reported- I did a search and couldn't find it.

I found that I can't grab the left end of the Loop Brace in Arrangement View if that end of the Brace is not visible in the View. If I hover the mouse pointer over the spot where it turns into a left bracket, and then click-drag to the right, the left end of the Loop Brace should appear, but it does not.

I can, however, grab the right end of the Loop Brace if it is not visible on the screen, by hovering the mouse pointer on the spot where the right bracket appears, then click-drag to the left.

Can anyone duplicate this apparent bug?
