I had this under some conditions. I really don't know what I did, but suddenly certain context menus started appearing way higher than normally. I think I did something with interface zooming.

But I just wanted to confirm that I've had this too, I just can't replicate it.

I tried it at many zoom levels, between 50% and 200%, context menus popped up right a the cursor every time in all parts of the screen.

Yes, it's obviously something that happens in certain conditions. I use zoom too quite often and I've only had this happens once.
