down arrow works fine...
up arrow gets stuck...

Beta 8.0b9:
Down arrow skips values: 193, 128, 109/108, 79, 53
Up arrow gets stuck when attempting to increment to these same values.

Entering these values directly causes the zoom value to round down.

This one should be fixed since Live 8.1.x.
