[4831] audio 'input metering menu' doesn't show activity

I opened the new vocoder template. (whoohoo!)

in the 'Vocoder Audio' track I hit the 'drop down input select' menu to see which input the synth was on.

all meters were dead while I played the synth. (I know it's on input 3/4 and the sound card is fine.)

I selected input 3/4 and the meters for 3/4 started to work.

anyone else?
