Not a huge update this time, the only addition is a new version of the EQ3.8 rack, and I included installation instructions in the Read Me documents in the zip file.
EQ 3.8 v2
EQ 3.8v2 is my attempt at recreating Live's EQ 3 using the cleaner sounding EQ 8 plug-in. It also has the benefit of having the knobs default to straight up and down when no gain is applied, a common complaint about EQ 3. In my previous attempts there was an issue where only the "cut" aspects of the EQ worked like EQ 3, while boosting the EQ would result in overloading the channel way too easily. I'd like to sincerely thank zzod79 from the AbletonLiveDJ.com forums for helping me solve this issue, and thus lead to version 2 of the EQ 3.8 rack. This rack replaces the previous EQ3.8 and EQ3.8 Cut racks I released in my version 5 EFX Racks pack (that's a mouthful huh?). This rack should now function and sound nearly identical to EQ 3. The rack is set up as if it was a default EQ 3, so you might need to change the Freq Low and Freq Hi knobs to suit your usual way of working. Also, I was able to come up with a workaround for needing so many EQ 8's to get the rack sounding like EQ 3, so this version should be a little lighter on CPU consumption too.
As always, this EFX pack contains all my previous DJ EFX too.
