Hi Dubhole,

could it be you save your project inside another project folder, or inside of the Library folder? Please try to create a new project folder by saving the Liveset to a completely different location on your harddrive with the "Save As..." function. Does collect all and save work then?

Best,
Jörg

Hi there,

i suggest to create a folder with the name "LiveSets" on your desktop. Use this folder to store all your Sets/Project-folders to.

"Project folders" have the white ableton icon.

So please try this:

-load your set
-save your set to e.g. the desktop (into the LiveSets folder) by using "save live set as"
-use the "collect all and save" function to include all samples into the "Project folder"
-do this with each set!

If this doesn't work, send an email to [email protected].

Best,
Michael

I´m still wondering why this cant be done in the excisting project folder.

All my new projects are always saved in a new folder from the start.
Does this mean that I need to reorganize everything?

If I collect and save the project in the excisting folder the project is not self contained.
If I create a ned folder on the desktop and save and collect the project is self contained.
This confuses me... :-) :P

Back in the days it was called "Self contained Project", suddenly it was "Collect and save". What is the major difference?

Thanks in advance
:D
