8b8: Looper - Drag me doesn't keep reverse/speed

On my system, creating a clip from Looper doesn't make the clip equal to what is in Looper, specifically the reverse and speed settings.

this is how it is supposed to be currently. I keep this on my internal wishlist, please discuss it in the wishlist forum or the beta 8 discussion forum is needed.
