I ordered that Ableton Live 6 Tips and Trick book about a year ago and never got it

I'm going to give it a little longer than I will call someone. Also, their is about 2 or 3 CD's I have never received from about 4 or 5 years ago. Hmmp, I must of accidentally clicked never receive your items shipping. They charged me extra for that too!

You might want to go to:
Your Account > Where's My Stuff? > Orders placed in 2008
and see if they already shipped it. Could be you need to talk to the delivery service, although they probably won't be very sympathetic.

Yeah just give it a little more time. Sometimes things get held up in shipping for a year.

You know I have a faint feeling that this has happened to me, but I order so many books every year that it's not impossible that it could slip right past me.

last summer or something like that i bought a couple of dvds and books, one of them never reached my home. so i wrote them and they, without asking anything, sent me another one. the only thing they asked me is to donate the first one, in case i will receive that later, to some public library.
