Greetings all
I know you've probably all discussed this before but I am trying to get my head round how Moldover is doing the retriggering at about 00:17:

Is this just a simple case of using beat repeat? Has he just got a few keys mapped to beat repeat then?
Many thanks in advance for your help. It's giving me a headache!

You cannot do this padawan. It is only for a master such as he to do these things. Now go sweep the temple and fetch water from the well.

Is it just me or isn't he explaining exactly what he's doing if you just keep on watching?

If nothing else, thank you much. I've not seen a Moldover video until this post.
It's a retriggering I think. Beat repeat you'd have to hit a pad or key once to turn the Fx ON, then gain to OFF. He just touches it and it rolls. Roll features are inherent in some hardware like the Korg ES-1 or the MPD32, but I doubt that's the case for his tweaked out Novation. So I'm going with a fast 32nd snap retrigger on the loop. I have to confess, I don't know how to map that off the top of my head.

Have you ever heard of Sugarbytes Artillery??? The keyboard triggering seems very similar to Artillery.

He's using a Reaktor Ensemble called BeatLookup, I think.

Indeed it is BeatLookup.
Go to the controllerism.net forum. Most of this stuff's explained on there, just do a search.
