b12: Can't zoom in clip view by dragging on the waveform

From the Live 8 manual:
At the moment the bottom half of the sample display exhibits no such functionality.Manual wrote:When Warp is disabled, zooming and scrolling can be done anywhere in the Sample Display. When Warp is enabled, however, scrolling only happens in the beat-time ruler and the bottom half of the waveform.
Click and drag vertically in these areas to smoothly change the zoom level, and horizontally to scroll the display.
