Some electric presets, like Keys-Old School MK II - Keys-No Quater - Keys-Mellow produced no sound at first selection. I could see the midi income but no sound out. Couldn't reproduce it, so I'll check it next time I restart Live.
Edit : Seems to be related with the release time of the preset.
