Creat bug reporting snapshot not working

A crash happened when doing something which I will report in another thread.
the usual prompt appeared at relaunch to create a crash report.
I wrote the report and hit ok.
The dialog disapeared as expected but there was no confirmation that a LivePack was created.
When I checked the desktop there was in fact no LivePack created.
I then closed b12 and reopened it but the help menu was greyed out.
edit I jsut tried a third time and it worked.
ie Clised b12. Reopened it. Help menu was not greyed out. Chose 'snapshot' Wrote description and the .alp was created.
(so i won't be creating another thread for the crash I was originally trying to report)
