1) Had four Safari windows open, as well as a Finder window
2) Opened Live 8b12
3) Loaded a live set
4) Used my unibody MBP's trackpad's four finger downwards swipe geasture to locate and set focus to a Safari window
5) Navigated to a website
6) Tried to use the four finger downwards swipe geasture to set focus back to Live.

Now just like half a second after Live regained focus, one of the open Safari windows popped up in front of Live. I minimized it and then another of the Safari windows popped up. This repeated until all open Safari windows were minimized.

I haven't been able to repeat the problem. I've had several experiences with Live losing focus unexpectedly during beta testing though.

I'm on OS X 10.5.6.

Do you still have that issue in a recent version (Live 8.1.1) or recent beta (Live 8.1.2bx)?

No, I haven't had any window focus problems with L8 in quite a while.
