When you zoom in to an audio region in order to move it ie to tighten a part (with grid off) Live 7 used to 'ghost' the waveform so you could see where you where moving the region to.
This is not working properly in L8b12. The 'ghost' is a different part of the waveform and bears little relevance to the part you are moving.

Hi derekten,
on my machine, everything seems to be drawn correctly. In order to narrow this down, could you say what your setup is, i.e. PC or Mac, and could you attach a screenshot showing the problem?
Thank you, Tobias

Hi,
I think I get what you are saying, or at least I'll try: in the Arranger, when moving an audio clip, you see a ghost image of the clip while moving it. Now, if grid is OFF (so that any movement is visible without any snapping), and when you're far zoomed in on the audio clip, you do not see that ghost image moving.
I just experienced that, and upon investigation, by zooming out just enough, I could find out that the ghost image is in fact "misplaced", meaning that it's shifted to the right.
Is it also what you experience?
Regards,
Amaury

This should be fixed with the most recent beta. So please check how it behaves with Live 8.0b26.
