b13: song position dependent VST plugins get out of sync

...when you stop playback and click stop again to go to 1.1.1. The project will start at 1.1.1, but the VST plugins aren't being reported the song position change and they will continue where they left off.

Hi Nokatus,
do you still have this problem in b14?
If you do, which plugins are you having
the issue with?
