[jab] can't save VST "cubase preset" (.fxp)

On OSX b13, haven't tried WinXP...

-Click the "floppy disk' icon for saving Preset/Bank
result: No choice for FXB/FXP appears. Thus only banks (fxb) can be saved.

This should be fixed since Live 8.0b17.
