Live 8 Pen Petition! Please support PEN TABLETS.

I recently switched from Win XP to OS X. In XP my Wacom Intuos 3 always worked nearly flawlessly in Live, but in OS X it's unusuable: zooming and knobs go out of control when controlled.
I looked for help on the Ableton site and find only a statement tablets are unsupported
. I really need to work with a pen tablet because the straight wrist is much more natural than the 90 degrees twisted wrist used for moving a mouse, which often strains my wrist and arm.
