Missing presets

There are a number of threads mentioning missing presets for Impulse, EIC, etc... The problem starting in B11 I beleve.
Is this an aknowledged issue?
Abes mentioned it would be fixed in b12 I think but it was not and there has been no update on the topic since...
Makes testing for me really difficult.
