[5183] 8b14: Spectrum wave form doesn't go flat

when monitoring audio with SPECTRUM FX the wave form doesn't got flat when the track finishes in session view, evening if the volume in that track is set to -inf

just a little bug but one none the less

The Spectrum got a few improvements in previous betas.Please check how it behaves with the most recent beta, Live 8.0b26.
