[4946] Clicking MIDI clip tab when VST has been opened

If I open a VST instrument, but decide I want to edit the MIDI clip associated with that track, the first attempt to switch tabs fails and I get stuck zooming on the clip miniature view on the inactive tab.

To replicate:
Drop a VST synth on a track (I tried FM7 and Triangle II).
Add a MIDI clip in session view. (Also seems true in Arrange)
Make sure the instrument/FX tab is active.
Open the VST in all its vendor-drawn splendor.

Now if you try to click on the MIDI editor tab to set it active or close the VST window and try to set the MIDI editor tab active, you are stuck zooming the mini-view of the MIDI clip. You CAN click on the slivers of tab around the mini-view to set the tab active, but that's a bit tough.

It appears that opening the VST puts the MIDI edit tab into mini-zoom mode. I'd rather the first click set the tab active as well so I could draw/edit the clip.
