Awesome Controller, Real buttons and knobs and touchscreen!

This is fuckin awesome! I would like to have one like this, and one just with buttons in a mtrix to control live's session view.
Yoou could then see what is in wich clip.
Imagine if a big company would make one like this with biuttons for live ?

Seen that, too.
The Knobs are simply in front of the touchscreen, aren't they? You can see the wiring...

Looks fairly amazing.
IIRC I didn't see more than one control element being manipulated at any one time.
So, probably not mulit-touch... but tahts not a deal-breaker for eveyone

Seems like the type of thing you'd want to showcase when presenting such a product.
But he didn't so I'd say it's not multi-touch.

I remember reading an interview a couple of years ago about some guy who was devloping magnetic faders & encoder etc that you just drop on the screen. maybe its this stuff i dunno

That was also featured on CDM iirc. Sometimes this forum is like a CDM mirror page....

Not really new, I've used a Fairlight Xynergy, It is the same philosophy.
