Ableton Forum

Hi guys,
Can anyone help me by advising on what format of video Ableton accepts?I found from the User Manual that it supports Quicktime. I converted my video in .mov format and dragged it into Ableton.I got the audio file but the video screen is blank. Do I need to have the latest version of Quicktime? I am using Quicktime 6.5.

first of all, please download and install Live 7.0.14 from here:
http://www.ableton.com/latest_versions

Please also update to the latest version of Quicktime. Does the problem still occur?
