Looper: click+hold multi purpose button issue

Hi,

I've been a beta tester since about 2 hours ago. A quick search hasn't brought this issue up so I think I dare posting my first (kind of) bug report.

the multi purpose button on the looper is supposed to engage undo when the loop is running and clear the loop when it's stopped. I've assigned a midi note to it so if I step on my FCB1010 and keep the switch pushed the note on message is sent and when I release the switch it sends a note off.

But the button always reacts to the first push, i.e. it switches from play to overdub mode when playing and starts playing when it's stopped even if I keep it pressed. This is not much of a problem when playing but it's annoying when the loop is stopped because then it starts playing for a short time and then after two seconds the loop is erased. This is definitely not a solution for live performances.

At the moment I can't think about a proper solution for this, since you also don't want to wait for the note off everytime a single click function is triggered.

Other than that, the looper looks brilliant!

Axl

what works for me is a double tap then quick hold. don't know if i've got the FCB set up different than you though.

so 3 clicks, a double tap to stop than press and hold real quick

Hi,

I moved the thread out of the beta bugs forum, as there is technically no bug. Please see my answer there:
