-create a new set with 1 audio track
-set input to "Resample"
-record a few seconds of empty audio to the newly created track
-freeze the track
-save the project
-go to the project folder and open Samples/Processed/Freeze and delete files in it
--- Just a short comment here - I asked about this on the forum before and manually deleting the freeze files should be ok, since Live checks this, as I will point out, this doesn't cause the bug
-open the Live set
-Live will now prompt if you want to unfreeze the track (since it can't freeze the files) or if you want to keep it frozen
-hit "Unfreeze"
If you try to save now you'll realize that the set hasn't become dirty after the unfreeze. The track in the saved version is frozen but in the open project it's unfrozen, so they are different. But Live hasn't made the set "dirty" as it should've, you should be able to save the set immediately nowwithout touching a fader.

This should be fixed since Live 8.0.3b1 and so in the latest beta, Live 8.0.3b2:
