[5140] drag to move presets in browser - odd behaviour

When dragging a preset to a specific folder in the browser the behaviour is slightly broken. The drag and drop destination ought to remain open and focused after the action, but instead it closes and the browser moves away from it.
This can be quite confusing and annoying when the Source location is far, far away from the Target - it gives the impression that the action has not actually been completed as the browser has reverted to what it looked like before you dragged-and-dropped.

Reproduce :
- Find the EIC preset Orchestral woodwinds -> Bassoon Solo -> Basoon solo legato
- drag this to folder: Guitars and Plucked -> Accoustic guitars
- the destination (Guitars and Plucked -> Accoustic guitars) should stay open and focused, but does not.
