hi,
i had this problem at work when an email i sent to a contractor kept repeat sending. They gave me loads of stick about it and it turned out to be their problem in the end although irritatingly they did not explain the exact cause.

it may be worth checking with your service provider unless others on the forum have expressed a similar problem
