B19 Live window loses focus bug

I have this problem with Maschine, but there are other reports of similar issues with Waves plugs in the Beta discussion forum.

While using the Maschine editor window and making changes, the underlying Live window loses focus. Hitting the space bar does not start or stop Live. Clicking on the Live window restores focus (the title bar changes also to show focus) and the space bar works as in Live 7. Editing in the Maschine window causes Live to lose focus again until underlying Live window is clicked on. Happens every time.

In Live 7, Live always retains focus, even while editing in the Maschine window, and the space bar always starts and stops Live as expected.

Hope this is just a bug because it's really annoying.
