[frs] Title Bar Flicker/Utility Bar Dropout

Anyone else experienced a flicker in the Live 8 beta 22 main program title bar?(When I load up Live this is the place where it says: "Untitled* - Live 8 - recording events") ALSO, sometimes there is a dropout for a few seconds of the file/edit/view Utility Bar...This obviously prevents taking a snapshot of the problem to make an .asd file to send in...
