[dbu] b22 -- odd use of slots in one of the Impulse presets

Preset "Instruments/Impulse/Soft Saturated" uses slots 6, 7, and 8 for HH-close, HH-open, and Ride, respectively. This is an odd choice: Better would be to put Ride in 6, HH-open in 7, and HH-close in 8. Not only would that be consistent with other Impulse presets, but it would also allow you to turn on the Link feature ahd have HH-close quench HH-open.

This problem is still present in b28.

7 chokes 8 so I would not put HH-closed in 8
personally I would never put a Ride in 8 if you also have a HH-O and HH-C..
I would use 6 Ride, 7 HH-C, 8 HH-O

we fixed this problem, but there is no update yet. It should hopefully be included in 8.0.2.
