[amo] b23:duplicating envelope keyboard shortcut not working

alt - cmd - d is not duplicating envelopes in arrangement
Hi,
Option-Cmd D on the Mac is by default used to show/hide the Dock if I'm not mistaken. You can change that in the Preferences of the Mac/Keyboard/Keyboard shortcuts.
