[awi] Bug reporting snapshot does not always work

It happend a few times now, that Live crashed and did not do a bug reporting snapshot afterwards.

Interstingly the manual bug reporting snapshot function doesn´t always work, either.

The crashes on quit you experienced are so late that Live would not detect the previous run as a crash.
So that is a technical limitation we have to live with.
