it seems to be corrupted and I tried to mount with Toast but I got the error message that there was a problem with "FilterCutoffAndQ.tif"
but the file size of the DMG file was 390.8 while b22 is 390.5 - so there is none missing
I don't really want to download it again, hence why I'm reporting it now in case anyone else has experienced this, as I have limited bandwidth, so I'll wait for b24
