Dear live users,

Im new to live 7 suite but have been using for awhile
its the best ive used.
I am currently trying to produce house genre music
Mainly underground & as well as electronica(dont know much about Electronica)


i understand alittle about drum programming [4/4] 1/16, tempo 125-130
i have my midi groove set to 1/16 and 61 for global,kicks on 1-4 1,2,3,4 and snare/clap on 2 & 4,hi hats cl/op 1/16 n 8th for open.i do my drums in seperate midi kicks,snares,perc hi hats then i freeze them to audio,I know abit about layering sounds,But what im trying to create is a dance music drum kit with live 7 drum rack,What notes to use for the kicks,snares,percs ect, I have been using the abelton standard C1=kick = c3 and so on,basically im after abit of info on dance drum rack creation and a basic house midi file for drums, so i can get the ball rolling,
For when i am creating a bassline i solo my kicks then Go at it with the bass.
Is their a basic template for house genre to help me understand alittle if their is could you please show me the link please,
