reproducable bad crashes with remote 25

1.
set in prefernces files to toggle.
give some midi-cc to some empty slots.
take some midi-files to this slots.
set the cycle.
2.
play and record some different midi-files.
here one cycle-run.
set ovr, activate the midi-track and set the record button.
move and record some cc (pitch) on the remote.
3.
here again.
choose programm finish.
dont save the song!
4.
bad programm-error and crash
hp pavillion, athlon-m 2400, 512 ram (64 for ati-grafik), 60hd, tascm us 122, remote 25 via usb with newest driver.
