[5281] B23 - Looper not quanitized

Start up new Live set
Load looper on audio track
Set looper as:
record 2 bars then play, start stop song, follow song tempo, quantization global, input output always
Change time signature to 3/4, make sure quantization is set to 1 bar (default)
hit play on transport
Hit big button after the down beat of the clicking metronome

Recording starts before the downbeat of the next measure instead of the action being quantized to 1 bar and starting on the downbeat of the next measure.
