The sound on sounds edition of this month has a full page of LIVE 8 OUT NOW ! in the middle.

so why cant you get it here at the ableton website..... would that be a marketing thing. retailers don't want folk getting it from the source?

it's not a joke.. i just got a call about 30 minutes ago from my friend at Guitar Center and he said they had a couple copies on the shelves already. No upgrades and no Suite yet, but the full Live 8 is in stock. Shouldn't be too long now!!!

It is listed on Sweetwater's website, but the price for the upgrade is higher than on Ableton's site.

I think it's a lab pack meaning multi-license for schools and such.. it says 5 pack.. but yeah, just waiting on the release like everyone else..kb420 wrote:LOL!!!!!

I got mine today! Got home and saw a suspicious lump under the door mat. I got the courage to look underneath and bam!, there it was... Fed Ex. Unbelieveable. I'll post pics of the box later.
