more stuff? How do you figure? Basic upgrade, you don't get Corpus. You get a few more plug-ins, a groove feature, group tracks, a new means of warping. Personally, this upgrade will be more easy for me to incorporate into my set as it already stands than other upgrades have been. Which is not a complaint, just (for me) an indication that nothing too dramatic has changed. But I'd like to hear what you were referring to.

how is possible that when trying to order the live suite after removing latin percussion from my shopping cart goes from $259 to $388? seems like it ought to get cheaper not more expensive.

Was looking forward to buying this tonight but it looks like that price is holding me off. That is a lot of cash for an upgrade. The program costs $500 bucks. $190 for the upgrade? I hate to say that for the first time I am pissed off about the price of an upgrade for Live.

I feel the same way Mike.
I emailed the abes for those coupons that were sent out to long time users a while back. YEAH the one I NEVER GOT!
Been on-board since ver. 4!!!
Even WITH the coupon this is an expensive upgrade

I feel the same about the upgrade price, even with the coupon. Looper is a must have for me, and the new feature I liked most (with info fields

!) but I can't afford it now and will wait for the most important bugs to be ironed out.

Are you guys serious?
Eating in a good restaurant with 4 people 120 bucks min
Having a nice evening with your love or partying hard ... 100 - 200 bucks min
Or to make it more music software topic:
1 Good Reverb plug 300 bucks
So is it really that much?

the basic 7->8 upgrade is way too expensive. and an extra 30 euro for the manual. is it bound in unicorn skin?!
i already paid for Lite4->5 Full, 5->6, and 6->7. I'm not dropping 150 euro for this one. this will force people towards running cracks. it is not like they're not making enough money already.
boo!

I agree with you all, as much as I love Live as an environment to work in, it really is one of the more expensive options out there. hey ho
