Hoping to be able to upgrade to Live 7 from 7 LE .. mac osx

Hi I have just written to ableton hoping I can upgrade from 7 LE to 7
8 is good but my computer is just out of spec, it runs 7 LE ok but I need to upgrade to run 8.
heres hoping I can get an upgrade like they were selling a few weeks ago.
Standalone version of 7 is more than it costs to upgrade to 8 cant seem to find a version in shops to upgrade from 7 LE to 7 (apart from Thoman but its a german edition , dont know if its just the manual or all the interface in german.
quite a few upgrades around to update from 6 or lite i think. hoping I can get a version of 7 that ableton have left over. cheers....paul
