Is there a way I can take advantage of the coupon after I purchased the upgrade.
Man, I was just too excited.

Heh heh, I almost did the same thing. Lucky for me someone posted a reminder on here the day I took the leap. Word is that they'll send you some nice stickers as consolation.

Have you tried emailing customer service? That's probably a more effective way to get a response from customer service
