live 8.0.1 beat repeat bug

Hi, I can't get this to happen all the time, but I've noticed that when using the 'repeat' button of beat repeat that after turning the repeat off it sometimes continues to play 'audio garbage'. This 'audio garbage' sounds like a heavily cut and spliced chunk of all the things previously running through the plugin.

To summarise. In live 6 when I turned off 'repeat' beat repeat made no extra sound. Now in Live 8 occassionally it keeps stuttering stuff out.

Cheers,

Matthew

+1 Beat Repeat seems to have a mind of it's own after using the repeat button. Something is getting jumbled up in the buffer somewhere. Is there a way off wiping it's buffer clear?

Amend: After searching through the forums it seems that this is a long term problem. I've tried setting a massive buffer size to see if this fixes the problem but it doesn't. As seen in another thread the Beat Repeat can be 'reset' by deleting it and then immediately undoing delete. A work around but not much good for me as I wanted to use a Macro to automate the repeat on several Beat Repeats in a chain and it's soon going to get messy having to regularly delete a bunch of them.

Any chance on an answer on this Ableton?

Yeah please fix beat repeat its mad! One surely replicable error is when you have 2 beat repeats in a rack in one single chain. first press repeat on the first, then on the second. then press repeat again on the second. Now the repetitions of br 1 are gone, but they should be playing.

Also, today I rendered a track with br on, and it was rendered useless because br kind of ate up the whole channel, occasionally bringing in some repeats out of time. after that this instance was only glitching.

beat repeat is an essential tool for me, please please please fix this, I rely on this effect in all my setups, I have a gig coming up and I need to play this "live".
