SERIOUS Live 8 Warping BUG ? (high frequencies cut off)

Hello,
I used very often Live 7 for DJ / radio purposes of making mixed CDs, or radio sessions.
When warping whole tracks to the mix, everything goes very smooth, fast with great sound quality with no noticeable quality changes in the songs (I'm talking about tempo change in range of around 2-6 BPM steps).
In Live 8 I see now serious problem. There are now Warp modes from where we can select Beats / Tones / Textures / Complex / Complex Pro . There is HUGE cut off on high frequencies in all modes except Beats. But Beats mode is not usable at all (for whole tracks), because you see (even in very small tempo change) highly noticeable distortion of sound.
So only way to warp whole songs is to use Complex or Complex PRO. And there is significant loss in high frequencies.
This is so apparent, that I can't use Live 8 for that.
In Live 7 this problem never appeared.
Is there anybody from Ableton who can make any statement for that ? (Alex?)
If needed - I can make some small samples with the example.
Thank you very much.
