Live 4.1.4 Audio Unit and VST Status

Here are known issues of Audio Units and VSTs:
General tips
If you encounter problems with plug-ins please make sure that you have the newest update available. Please check back on the producers website to be really sure.
If you are running Mac OS X 10.2 please make sure you have the newest version of Quicktime installed.
Problems with plug-ins
Glaresoft Phatmatic Pro crash on quitting Phatmatic Pro. We got request from the developer that all users should report to Glaresoft as well.
Status: The developer is preparing an update.
MOTU Mach 5 VST versions doesn't produce sound on Mac OS X.
Status: We informed MOTU about the problem. MOTU is preparing an update.
Note that older versions like 1.0.7 Mac OS X VST do work in Live.
Native Instruments Vocator VST version has inputs labels mixed up, but works correctly. Audio Unit Musical Effect has inputs not correctly set up according to Audio Unit spezification and therefore can't be used correctly in Live.
This is true for all tested versions including 1.1.1.
Status: Contacted Native Instruments about this problem.
Universalsoundbank Plugsound Audio Units hangs when installing into a track. VST versions work perfect.
Status: We are working with USB to solve the problem.
Recently fixed issues
Native Instruments Reaktor 5 VST crashes when loading certain ensembles in 4.1.4. There is a quickfix available from NI, which replaces the Reaktor5.dll (version 5.0.0.007) with Reaktor5.dll (version 5.0.0.008).
Sony Oxford VST Plug-Ins don't work in Stereo due to a bug in the Sony plug-ins.
Status: Update by Sony released.
MOTU Mach 5 Audio Unit versions are not usable in Live 4.
Status: Introduced a workaround in Live 4.1.1 for the missing spartcial information. The Audio Unit is useable now. MOTU is also preparing an update.
Waves Shell 5.0 VST on Mac OS X crashes Live 4.0.1 while scanning. Please remove the VST shell from your plug-ins folder and use the Audio Unit version. We are working with Waves to resolve the problem.
Yellow Tools Majestic and Culture produce only a static noise for the VST version. The audio unit version works.
Status: Yellow Tools has released a fix.
Edirol Orchestra problem with hanging when installed into track.
Status: Workaround found and included in Live 4.1.1.
Fruity Loops VST hangs Live.
Status: Workaround found and included in Live 4.1.1.
Vexengo Crunchessor crashes when deleted and sidechain is activated. (Note that a plug-in gets deleted when removed from track, new song loaded or created or Live is quit)
Status: Fixed in Live 4.1.1.
