audio drop outs in arranger when cycling

just wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem, in the arranger section i have 4 sets of 2 bar loops built up of audio and midi parts ready to make a track, but when i shift the loop region between any of the 4 loop to just work or listen to them again the start of some of the the loops audio drops out, its like just a small 16th of the 1st part of the audio clips away.
anyone experienced this or have and suggestions
