Its not about the interface and live..id like to know if any of you got their free synth..i jus bought mine and dont know how to get my licence, i sent an email to support but seems it will take some days to receive a proper reply.

Mine came with the free synth coupon right inside the box .... ? Otherwise I think your only route is contacting NI, as you've tried. Do a search in the NI forums, I know it's been discussed there.

That's basically all you can do. Post in the sales forum and it's got the best chance of being seen by the right people.
